Know how many are coming

Your RSVP page now counts heads, not just replies, and you can add the people a guest tells you about in person.

  • New Total Guests, beside Total Responses on your RSVP page: everyone attending, plus the people they're bringing.
  • New Change a guest's plus-ones right on your RSVP page. Tap + or − and it's saved, so a guest who tells you over the phone doesn't have to fill in the form again.
  • Improved A guest you mark as attending or declined on your guest list now appears on your RSVP page too, marked "Added by you", and counts towards Total Guests. If they reply themselves later, their reply takes over and you'll hear about it.
  • New A Guest list button on every event in My Events, showing how many guests it has and how many are attending.
  • Fixed Timeless: the thank-you after a guest replies now sits where the rest of your invitation's text does, instead of squeezed into a narrow strip at the left.
  • Improved RSVP now comes first in your event's menu, and Guest list sits after Guestbook so the two aren't mistaken for each other.
  • Fixed A guest who replies a second time now shows at the top of your RSVP page with the time of their latest reply, instead of staying hidden further down under their first.

A new design you scroll through like a keepsake, and a calmer front door to Yours Fondly.

  • New Keepsake, a new design: a rounded cover that opens into a collage of your photographs, your story told on a pinned stack of polaroids, and every line lighting up as it is read.
  • Improved A new home page, with every design one tap from a live preview.
  • Improved How It Works and the Guest Camera page now read like the home page, so moving between them feels like one place.

The Film Roll

Your guests' disposable camera grew into a film of its own: a code to join it, a time it develops, and photos that are never lost on the way.

  • New The Film Roll: guests join with the QR code on their table or an eight-letter code — no account, no app needed.
  • New Choose when your film develops — as the photos are taken, at a time you set, or only for the two of you.
  • New Every photo is kept on the guest's phone the moment it's taken and sent when there's signal, so a dead spot at the venue no longer costs anyone a picture.
  • New Give your film its look, and choose how many frames each guest gets: 12, 24 or 36.
  • New Guests can ask for a single email when the film develops — the address is deleted once it's sent.
  • New Let your guests download the whole roll once it has developed.
  • New Guests can report a photo, and three reports hide it until you've looked. You can hide or delete any photo, and block a guest.
  • Improved Develop times are shown in your event's own time zone, as a date when the day is still far off.
  • Improved A photo taken just before the film closed is still welcomed when it arrives later.
  • Fixed Two guests on the same Wi-Fi no longer share one roll.
  • Fixed A photo sent twice on a weak connection no longer uses up a second frame.
  • Fixed Location is removed from every photo before anyone else sees it.

Timeless, and a calmer read

A fourth design, type you set yourself, replies that reach your inbox, and a gentler way to move through the whole invitation.

  • New Timeless returns as a fourth design, rebuilt from the ground up: names set large and to the left with one word in italic, photographs arched the way an opening is cut in a wall, and every part of the day numbered down a ruled margin.
  • New Set your own type size. Five steps for each kind of text, from extra small to extra large, with the real size shown as you choose.
  • New An email reaches you the moment a guest replies — who they are, whether they're coming, and how many are joining them.
  • New Guests who reply now get a proper thank-you instead of a bare confirmation.
  • New Headings set themselves out letter by letter as guests reach them, and in Our Story your own words are written the same way.
  • New Sharing your invitation now shows your own photograph — every link you send carries the picture from your opening page.
  • New Vendor accounts are now read and approved by a person before they open.
  • Improved The whole invitation scrolls gently: a guest can scroll quickly and the page still arrives unhurried.
  • Improved Body text is larger and a touch bolder across every design, so a long paragraph is easier to read on a phone.
  • Improved The cover keeps the same proportions on a phone as on a laptop.
  • Improved A shorter, quieter footer at the end of every invitation.
  • Improved You now confirm your email address when you sign up, which keeps your invitation yours.
  • Fixed Choosing a design no longer rearranges the other designs under your cursor.
  • Fixed The Timeless preview no longer opens blank.
  • Fixed The button that closes the menu can no longer hide behind the menu itself.

The Invitation Studio

Writing your invitation became one room: every part of your day in named chapters, with the invitation itself open beside you as you write.

  • New The Invitation Studio — a chaptered editor with your invitation live beside it. Click any part of the preview and it opens the one chapter that can change it.
  • New Chapters for the whole of it: the two of you, the day, your story, your guests, photos and memories, the look, and sharing it.
  • New Everything for an event now lives inside that event — the guest list, the gallery and the guestbook are no longer scattered across a sidebar.
  • New Your words are yours everywhere: the small heading above each section can be rewritten, not only the section itself.
  • New Choose your music, set how loud it plays, and whether it repeats.
  • New A real calendar for choosing your date, instead of typing it out.
  • Improved Everything you type saves itself as you go.
  • Improved The public pages were redrawn — a new shared shell, and a warmer, quieter reading of the whole site.
  • Improved The chapters are named the way you would say them out loud, and the timeline is called a timeline.
  • Fixed Opening the Studio in a second tab no longer overwrites what you wrote in the first.
  • Fixed A save that quietly switched your RSVP off has been fixed.

Film to shoot on, colours that always read

Real footage on the Guest Camera page, film looks for your guests to shoot on, and colour you choose as a palette rather than five raw pickers.

  • New Film looks for the Guest Camera: your guests choose a look before they shoot, see it on the live camera, and it is baked into the photograph they keep.
  • New The Guest Camera page now shows real film from a real celebration rather than describing it.
  • New Colour is chosen as a palette, not as five separate pickers. Every palette is checked for readable contrast before it ships, so no combination can leave your words hard to read.
  • Improved The pricing page was rewritten around the free invitation and the single add-on, with everything included stated plainly.
  • Improved Our Story — the About page — was retold, with the photograph behind it.
  • Improved Signing in and signing up were redrawn to match the rest of the site.
  • Improved Photographs are processed more carefully on the way in, so a phone upload arrives looking like the photograph you took.

A pass over the whole site for clarity — stronger contrast, larger small print, bigger buttons on a phone, and three pages retold.

  • Improved Pricing now shows the free invitation and the one add-on side by side, with everything included and the questions couples ask most.
  • Improved Our Story is retold as a story, with the photograph behind it.
  • Improved What's New — this page — is now a timeline, and every release has its own link.
  • Improved Text across the site is darker and easier to read, and the smallest labels are larger.
  • Improved Buttons and controls are bigger on phones, so nothing needs a careful tap.
  • Improved Every page now offers a skip-to-content link and honours your device's reduce-motion setting.
  • Fixed Dashboard pages no longer drift sideways on a phone.

The Editorial invitation now gathers replies just like the Contemporary one — and a finished invitation goes live in a single tap.

  • New The Editorial theme now has a real RSVP form — invited guests reply to each event, and anyone with your link can add themselves.
  • New A full-screen menu on the Editorial invitation, with your names and the date always in view.
  • New Publish Live sits beside Save, so a finished invitation goes live in one tap.
  • Improved Replying is now two clear cards — Joyfully Accept or Regretfully Decline — instead of a small checkbox.

One price, and two themes we love

The invitation itself is free, always. One optional add-on brings the film. And we've focused our themes down to the two we're proudest of.

  • New Everything — one add-on, one time, for a single event — unlocks the Guest Camera and Video Messages for unlimited guests.
  • Improved Creating, publishing and sharing your invitation is free: RSVP, guest list, gallery and guestbook included, and never a watermark.
  • Improved Our themes are now Contemporary and Editorial. We've retired The Timeless so we can keep the two we love at their very best.
  • Improved “My Invitations” is now “My Events”, and takes you straight to the event you're working on.
  • Fixed Notices now fade away on their own instead of gathering at the top of the page.

Adding an event, made kinder

Adding a ceremony or a dinner shouldn't feel like filling in a form twice. This release makes it clear what's needed — and says exactly what's missing.

  • Improved The Add Event window is redrawn: grouped sections, clearly marked required fields, and gentle guidance as you type.
  • Fixed Errors now name the field they belong to, instead of repeating “This field is required.”
  • Fixed New events keep RSVP switched on — some were previously created with replies quietly turned off.
  • Improved Checkboxes, switches and radio buttons across the dashboard now match the rest of the design.

A batch of touches asked for by couples using Yours Fondly — richer schedules, tidier moderation, and one dashboard that finally feels like one place.

  • New Add every detail of your day to the schedule — dress code, capacity, notes, Maps and Waze links — and add as many events as you need.
  • New See a small preview of each theme while you choose.
  • New Gather your photos into albums, then move or remove them together.
  • New Approve or hide a whole set of guest photos and video messages at once.
  • New Set a guest's reply yourself, for the ones who tell you in person.
  • Improved Your visitor numbers now update as they happen, with no refreshing.
  • Improved One navigation bar across the whole site, so nothing shifts as you move between pages.
